Special Program Opportunity for TeenAge Parents
The Building for Kids, with grant support from the Women’s Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Inc., is pleased to announce the implementation of a new program, the TeenAge Parent Program (TAPP). TAPP advocates for a physically and emotionally healthy environment for adolescent parents and their children. All teen parents from Outagamie, Calumet, Brown, Winnebago, Waupaca, and Shawano counties are invited to participate. Each family is required to attend an orientation session. Following orientation, teen parents will receive a complimentary year-long Museum membership, two daily admission passes, and admittance to bi-monthly “Family and Me” child development classes held at the Building for Kids.
Registration for this program must be made in advance by calling the Building for Kids at 734-3226.
